75 plate ground to overhead (see explanation)45/25

50 burpees to the plate and over.

50 walking lunge plate overhead

For plate ground to overhead: hold on the sides, one side of the plate (edge) touches the ground, finished when locked out overhead.

Burpees: chest and thighs touch the ground, jump to the plate and OVER. That’s one rep. Must jump to the plate. Don’t just jump over.

Lunges: elbows locked out. NOT BENT! Back knee touches the ground.

    • Smart move! Always stop when you feel an abnormal pain. It doesn’t show studness to push a bad point and cause serious injury. Thanks for posting the DNF those are important too!
