50 (25 per side) reverse lunge to overhead press 53/35
50 push ups

Lunges: Holding the KB in the front rack (fist tucked under the chin, kb resting in the elbow). Hold on the same side you step back for the lunge. Step back, knee should touch or almost touch the ground, when you drive back up, you press the kb. When your feet come together and lock out, the kb should be locked over head. Partition the reps as you choose.

    I will caution you; if you’re not 100% sure you can manage rx weight, then maybe you should scale. If you warm up and think “oh this isn’t all that bad” scale. 10 reps in the weight will feel like 100lbs.
