Yes. I’m trying to be an asshole. I laughed when I thought of it. In fairness, I’m doing it too.

For time:

200 air squats

50 front squats 95/65

25 pull ups

50 alternating reverse lunges. No weight.

Squats: weighted and not. Go below parallel and lock out at the top. I think this is the biggest cheats see.

Time frame: I think less than 10. Not certain at all.
