Repeat the whole thing.

Score total reps. No rest between amraps (except the 2m before starting over). Total time: 18 minutes including rest in the middle.

Lunges: knees touches or no more than 1/2” high. Complete rep ends in full hip extension and both feel parallel. If you’re bent over, you’re not done.

Plate ground to overhead: can be clean and press, can be snatched. Perform as you please, but one end must touch the ground and the finish is locked out overhead (ears between elbows). I usually hold it like a steering wheel.
