Rep scheme is 10 of each, 9, 8, …….2,1. Of each.

Bar facing burpee: facing the barbell, chest and thighs must touch the floor. Jump up, two foot take off jump over the bar (1 foot jump is cheating). That’s one.

Score time. Choose a weight you could do 10 reps of each with. Not that you necessarily will.

    Too cautious on the round of 10 and 9. Should have gone a touch harder.

    20 minutes running intervals before. Treadmill hills.
