Shoulder to overhead: please complete your reps. So many do 3/4 of a rep. Finish out, ears between your locked out elbows.

Deadlift: same thing. A legit complete rep = hips locked out and your shoulders behind the bar.

Have a plan going in. 2 minutes unbroken of any of these movements probably isn’t an option. Choose breaks over crap reps.

    • My numbers are no good for HS. I didn’t realize until this morning but Dustin and I did hang cleans not hang snatch as prescribed.

    Very conservative. Every rep as on point as possible. Deadlift I could have easily sacrificed some caution and gotten 30% more reps. Even cautious the lower back pump is real. All good now though, so I feel good about not pushing that.
