100 alternating reverse lunges to overhead press 65lbs/45lbs

50 burpees

Lunges are from a front rack hold. Step back and lunge until the rear knee touches the ground. Step back up and press. Rep is complete with the bar locked out overhead and both feet side by side.

Locked out: elbows locked. Head between elbows. Hips locked. Legs locked. Anything else is bs.

    20 minutes treadmill sprints before. That was dumb.
    7:30 2k… also dumb. 10,10,6s for lunges. Very very slow and controlled. Knee down to a pad every rep. And it sucked. It’s bizarro world when you’re looking forward to burpees. But they sucked too. Could barely press back up.
