1 per side reverse lunge +65/45 barbell – Front rack (increase by 1 per side each round)
1 Shoulder to overhead 65/45
1 box over 20″

Box over: Both feet must touch the top of the box.

    All lunges.
    Pretty slow on the lunges, focus on good form.
