2: Strict Pull Up
3: Deadlift 95/65
4: Hang Clean
5: Shoulder to Overhead
6: Box Over 20″
7: KB Swing 53/35
8: Burpee
9: Calories Rowing
10: Goblet Squat 53/35
11: 11/side hang snatch 53/35
12: 12/side (alternating, so 24 total) kb Ground to overhead 53/35

Format:
Round 1 = 1 t2b
Round 2 = 1 t2b, 2 pull up
Round 3 = 1 t2b, 2 pull up, 3 Deadlift
Round 4 = 1,2,3,4
……Round 12 = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12

Toes to bar: Hanging from the pull up bar, bring your toes to the bar.

This style wod is pretty long. Pace well. Plan on 30 – 60 minutes.

  5. Hate to DNF on this one. Rushed the warm up. Pulled a muscle. Could have pushed on, seems smarter to revisit this on another day. And I will.
