    Rx weight. Squat to bench, broke up kb swings and sit-ups.

  5. 14:35 scaled front squats to squats to the bench. Rx weight, just slightly scaled movement. Lunges were very slow protecting form.

  6. Rogers completed

    45 lbs fs

  7. Rx 15:23 should have paced early on.
