2 rounds of DT @ 95lbs
(12 Deadlift, 9 hang clean, 6 shoulder to overhead)
5 pull ups

Just to be clear, each round is 2 rounds of DT + 5 pull ups. 24 Deadlifts per round. I know someone will do this wrong.

  2. Messed this one up. First 6min were hang snatch apparently. 3+17

  3. Rx 4 rounds + 12 reps. Couldn’t find the gas pedal. Honestly I think 6 rounds is doable.
