Tabata (Deadlift 135/95, Push ups)
rest exactly 2 minutes
Tabata (Burpees, kb swings)

Tabata: Most workout timers have it built in. The protocol is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
Rest exactly 2 minutes between tabatas. Any longer is not RX.
