Trap bar deadlift – choose weight

5 rounds not for time:

Complex – Per side: “complex means don’t put the weight down but don’t go as fast as possible “

5 single leg Romanian deadlift (choose kb weight)

5 front rack reverse lunge ( opposite leg from arm holding kb goes back )

5 shoulder to overhead.

5 hang snatch

3 supersets: not for time

5 strict pull ups

20 burpees

    45 on kb

  2. 135 DL went up from there

  3. DL – started @140 ended @ 230
    35 # for complex

  4. Complete

  5. Slow increase on deadlift.
    35lb kb for the complex. Very slow precise movements.
    +10lbs for Pull ups

  6. I liked this one.

  7. Stepped up DL each time.
