10 air squats
5 per side kb jerk 53/35

*kb starts in the “rack”. Which is NOT on your shoulder. Fist under your chin, “bell” in the elbow.

*Squats: Second only to push ups as the most commonly screwed up. Stand ALL the way up. Hips locked, knees locked. Go all the way down, hip crease bellow the top of the knee. The standing up is probably the most common.
