Death by complex rounds

3 deadlift 65/45

2 hang clean

1 shoulder to over head

Min 1 do the complex once. Min 2 = 2 times. 3/3…..10/10.

6 reps per complex. It’s a failure if you drop the bar before the reps are completed.
