1 rep to 10 reps. Rx+ back to 1

1 deadlift

1 hang clean

1 strict over head press

1 back squat.

2 of each….

3 of each….

10.

If rx+ , 9 back to 1.

Rx weights 95/65.

FYI, this is terrible. Especially rx+. Is 100 reps of everything.

  2. 10:32. Scaled weight. 95 for everything but the OHP would have been fine. 65 smoked my shoulders well enough. Would have just cheated at Rx.
