There’s no where to hide in this one. My suggestion is to pick your strength and push it. Then maybe 75% on the rest.

    Would have gotten a few calories had I not been gasping for air with my heart making a violent attempt to leave my chest causing me to completely miss the seat on the rower and do a barrel roll. Good times. At least I was already on the ground.
