100 deadlift 95/65

100 push ups

43 pull-ups

Then: 5 rounds of {

9 ground to overhead 95/65

11 burpees over the bar. }

Scale the dL of you’re not capable of keeping a straight back.

Score total time. Capped at 45 min.

Good luck. Maybe grab a puke bucket before you start. Maaaaaybe 25-30m? I dunno.

  1. 28:03 Rx split at 15:00, 6:30 for push ups

  2. Rx – 36:48 – had to step up most of the burpees because hips started cramping.
    Dang Butch! Next time just tear our heads off instead of drowning us in your blood! Lol!

    I highly recommend scaling if you’re even considering it. It’s pretty rough. Pace.

    Deadlift 50,30,20
    Push ups 20 out of the gate, 5’s the rest of the way.
    Pull-ups 13,10,10,10
    First round of g2oh I went clean & jerk but that just sucked. Went to singles if snatch and moved much quicker.
