10 right side suitcase deadlift 53/35

10 left side suitcase deadlift

10 goblet squats 53/35

10 alternating ground to overhead 53/35

Rest 60 seconds (rest once – clean & jerk once)

30 clean & jerk 95/65 (only once)

Score total time.

Suitcase dL: exactly what it sounds like kb at the outside of your foot. Stand up to lock out. Sit it down.
