Reverse lunges: hold kb any way you choose. Back knee should barely touch or be less than 1/2” from the ground.
Goblet squats: hold the kb with both hands at chest level.

For time: count down from 10 to 1 10 hang snatch 95/65 10 push-ups 10 box over 20” 10 ab mat sit-ups (10 every round) Then 9 of all (except sit-ups), 8,7….2,1 sit-ups stay 10. Box overs: both feet must touch the top of the box and both feet on the ground on each side.
