10 split squats – left leg forward – no weight
10 split squats – right leg forward
10 traditional sit-ups
Split squats: step back line a reverse lunge. Knee touches the ground, straighten both legs but don’t step back up.
Traditional sit-ups: no abmat. Hands behind your head.

50 rounds of 1 ground to overhead 95/65 1 burpee over the bar Ground overhead can be snatch or clean & jerk. Burpees: chest and thighs touch the floor, stand up and jump with a 2 foot take off over the bar. Stepping in any way is cheating.
