AMRAP 20 500m row 20 burpees 50 kB push press or push jerk. 25/ side 53/35 20 goblet squats 53/35 Push press comes from the front rack not the top of the shoulder. If you do it from the top of the shoulder it’s literally 50% easier and cheating.
