This page will be continuously updated with new resources. These are websites and applications I’ve used the most over the last few years. Some are tools for working out, some are informative.

Myfitnesspal is the easiest and most popular way to track your caloric intake. Anyone can use it. It’s free.

T-Nation is one of the most informative fitness sites. The best part is the authors. They’re mostly individual bloggers with actual professional careers in the industry. They come from many different perspectives. This creates a broad spectrum of views and content.

Smartwod is a timer app available on iOS and Android. These timer apps seem to come and go. This one has been around a while and I really like it.

Seconds Pro is a paid app, but there’s a good free version available. This is a fantastic app for creating simple and complicated interval style workouts.

Onnit has everything from informative articles to workout programs.

CrossFit. Love it or hate it, it’s an easy way to find workouts and get motivated.

This is a fantastic resource for movements. There’s also another section for “foundational movements” which would include Deadlift and air squat.
