Hey trying this out for the first time, I need to get fit got injured had shoulder surgery back on the job now but fat and never did crossfit type workouts so I’m still sorting out all your jargain and watching videos. But I wanted to thank you, this is great and what I’m going to follow from now on. Hope it’s enough to get me back up to snuff!

  5. Had to bail today. Case of the sand. I did however do “Hotshots 19” yesterday. If you ever want to crush your spirit, give it a shot.
    6 rounds for time:
    30 squats
    19 power cleans 135/95
    7 strict pull ups
    400m run.

    Anything shy of 40m is damn good.
