1: 12/10 calorie Row
2: 35 double unders or 80 jump rope
3: 20 abmat situps
4: 5 strict pull ups
5: 15 push ups

Not a whole lot to say about this one. Should be fairly challenging for 30 minutes. No score, just post Rx or Scaled.
Things to scale:
Row: 10/8 calories (10 male, 8 female)
Double unders/jump rope: Reps. If you really suck at jump rope, cut it to 20. If you just struggle, cut to 50
Situps: 12 reps
Pull ups: TRX pull ups or TRX rows X20
Push ups: Reps. I’d way rather see 8 actual push ups than I would see 15 worm ups.
