As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes:

  • 10 Deadlift 135/95
  • 15 Kb swings 53/35

 

Scale the deadlift weight if you can’t do 10 reps with the prescribed weight. Drop the weight, don’t get hurt. Watch the video.  If you’re in pain, you’re doing something wrong.  Stop.

  4. Rx 11 rounds 4 reps.
    Got 3 rounds in 3 minutes. Almost quit. Slowed down and finished.
